Dr. Jay holds a PhD in English from Northern Illinois University, specializing in writing and rhetoric. He has taught at the high school level for 10 years, and he has been a principal and curriculum director for 5 years. In addition, he has worked as a professional tutor. He is currently Assistant Professor of English at Georgia Gwinnett College. He enjoys helping students find success in gaining admittance into the most selective universities.

Dr. Ananta received his Ph.D from Georgia State University in experimental Physics.  He has taught Physics at Georgia Southern University where he taught Physics, Calculus and Algebra.  He also taught at Georgia State University Physics and Astronomy.  Dr. Ananta also teaches ACT and SAT to help students improve their scores.  Dr. Ananta also teaches Geometry and Trigonometry. 

Ms. Kaye has been teaching and tutoring math and science for over 18 years. She has a Bachelor’s in mathematics and a Master’s degree in math education. In addition to private tutoring, she has worked at a couple of learning centers, Academic Solutions and Sylvan Learning Center, where she tutored math and SAT/ACT math test prep. She plans on pursuing a doctorate in Math Education. She currently teaches math and science at Eaton Academy in Roswell, GA. She enjoys teaching and takes great pleasure in helping students achieve success.

Dr. Michael received his Ph.D. in Religious Ethics from the University of Chicago, having received his master's in Religion at Yale. His research interests include economic justice and religion and literature. Michael has spent several years tutoring students from kindergarten through 12th grade and beyond in reading, writing, and math, and he has helped many improve their scores on the SAT, ACT, and GED standardized tests. Before returning to school, he worked nearly a decade in accounting and financial analysis. He majored in accounting at the University of Alabama and received his master's in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. After working first in public accounting and then at Turner Broadcasting and Coca-Cola, he discovered his passion for teaching and has enjoyed it ever since.

Mr. Ron has a B.S. and a M.Ed. in mathematics from the University of Georgia. He has taught for many years at the high school level and has been tutoring at Peach State for several years. His teaching experience encompasses every high school subject from Algebra 1 to AP Calculus AB, and his tutoring experience includes those subjects plus: SAT, ACT math and science, SSAT, SAT mathematics subject tests (both levels), GRE Math, Phillips Exeter Math 1, 2, and 3, AP Calculus BC, and Georgia Tech Calculus II.

Ms. Keir holds a M.A. in English Literature from Clark Atlanta University. Her undergraduate degree was also in English Literature, with a minor in Mandarin Chinese. Although Ms. Keir speaks several languages, including Spanish and Chinese, she has chosen to currently be an English Instructor at Clark Atlanta University and Strayer University. Due to her ability to speak multiple languages, she has also worked extensively with teaching English as a second language. She has a special interest in advancing reading comprehension, critical thinking, and analyzing skills in all her students. Ms. Keir enjoys teaching and serves at Peach State as a tutor in English at all levels; Spanish and Chinese at the primary level. Her Doctorate is focused in the Humanities with a concentration in English.

Dr. Lynn holds a PhD from Emory University and a BS from Indiana University. She has taught American Studies and History at Emory University and Oglethorpe University. All of her classes are writing classes; she has significant experience in and enjoys teaching students how to organize their thoughts and research into well-written papers. She strives to identify topics and themes each student relates to incorporating them into her teaching process in order to facilitate and bring meaning to students’ educational experiences.
